The client

ZALORA is the leading platform for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle shopping in the region, offering a diverse range of both local and international brands. With over 50,000 products available, ZALORA ensures a seamless shopping experience that caters to every aspect of fashion and beauty needs.

The objectives

We had two objectives for this cross-platform campaign:

  • Raise brand awareness around ZALORA’s Birthday Sale and its exclusive offers.
  • Drive traffic to the ZALORA website and app, encouraging users to shop during the sale period.

What was the campaign brief?

The ZALORA Birthday Sale campaign invited Partiposters to participate by submitting their interest. Upon meeting the client’s requirement of having at least 1,000 followers, approved influencers received a ZALORA e-gift card worth S$50.

Participants were then asked to use the e-gift card to purchase apparel from ZALORA and create an Instagram Reel showcasing one outfit based on a selected theme: Club Wear, Fashion Week, or Music Festival. 

The Reel had to include ZALORA’s birthday logo and the brand as a collaborator. Influencers were encouraged to get creative, choosing music that complemented the theme, whether it be club vibes, runway fashion, or festival fun.

In the Instagram caption:

  • They had to highlight only the item(s) purchased from ZALORA.
  • Include a birthday wish for ZALORA and thank them for the items.

Additionally, participants were required to post the same video on TikTok with the following caption requirements:

  • Keep the caption under 300 characters.
  • Tag ZALORA and mention the product or service name.
  • Encourage followers to check out the product or service on ZALORA.

This campaign effectively leveraged user-generated content to boost ZALORA’s brand awareness during its birthday sale while driving traffic to its website and app through influencer engagement.
