Survey: Instagram remains most used social media platform among influencers���

While the past few months have seen the atmospheric rise of video-centered social media platforms such as TikTok, it seems the reign of Instagram isn�??t slowing down anytime soon.

That is, at least, according to Partipost�??s influencers and content creators, based on data from Partipost�??s recent survey conducted among our global database of talent!

Out of 297 total survey respondents, 92.3% voted Instagram as their most-used platform for posting content, both original and in collaboration with brands. Coming in at a far second was Facebook, with 37.4% votes�??less than half of those who preferred Instagram. And despite its rising popularity, TikTok came in third place, with a mere 22.6% respondents voting it as their top social media platform of choice.

In addition, the majority of Partiposters also fall under the category of nano influencers, with 22.6% of respondents having between 2,000 and 5,000 followers on their platform of choice. However, this only presented a narrow margin over those with 1,000 to 2,000 followers, which comprised 19.6% of respondents in total.

Meanwhile, the number of influencers with 5,000-10,000 followers was at par with those having 500-1,000 followers, with 15.5% of respondents for each category; while 8.8% were under the category of macro influencers, with follower bases between 10,000 and 30,000.

The survey also found that the majority of respondents used social media for sharing and consuming content in equal proportion�??a total of 44.4%. Meanwhile, 38.4% of respondents browsed more often than they posted, while a mere 17.2% shared content more often than they consumed it.

Finally, when it comes to their personal interests, the survey also found that most Partiposters gravitated towards lifestyle-related activities, with many citing the likes of travel, food, as well as shopping, and beauty.
