Year In Review: What 2020 Meant To Partipost

2020 was a year of uncertainty and we were constantly refining our strategies to remain in the game. It was far from easy, but we??re proud to say that our hard work paid off. Here??s a look at some of the milestones we??ve achieved in 2020.

One of our greatest joys this year was securing USD3.5 Million worth of investments from SPH Ventures, Quest Ventures and more. The news was featured on TechCrunch and Marketing Interactive. We also ramped up on brand awareness by pushing out articles through SPH??s publications -? AsiaOne, Business Times, Singapore Women's Weekly, Her World Singapore and The Straits Times.

Brands we??ve assisted?

We've worked with over 450+ brands to date. Though marketing budgets were dramatically reduced due to the pandemic, we stepped up our sales and marketing efforts. Hosting live streams for brands and pushing out more B2B articles were some of the things we did to generate more leads. All in all, we helped brands spend a 7 figure sum in marketing dollars, an increase of 42% from last year.

2020 is truly a year to remember as we worked with notable brands including Reckitt Benckiser, Pepsi and HSBC.

Campaigns we??ve ran

Looking back at all the campaigns we??ve ran this year, each was special in their own way. But three campaigns left the biggest impression on us.

Rohto

In addition to brand awareness, Rohto wanted to drive sales for their Rohto Cool Eye Drops online. Within a month, we helped them achieve a cumulative reach of 431K and pushed out 95 Instagram posts. On average, each influencer had an engagement rate of 6.7%.?

Overall, the response was great and Rohto commented that Partipost drove the most sales for this campaign. To further extend their reach, Rohto also engaged big names to spread word about their giveaway via the #RohtoCoolStraightFace Challenge on Instagram.

Ekselence Asia

Massive giveaways are traditionally hosted by influencers from the macro tier and up, but Partipost is all for challenging the norms.

Selected nano influencers had the chance to give away free ice cream to 50 followers of their choice. This campaign was one-of-a-kind since it is unheard of for individuals with less than 5,000 followers (nanos) to host large-scale giveaways.

SGCE International Group

Every once in a while, we receive requests for influencers in countries we??re not based in. On top of influencers in Singapore and Indonesia, SGCE International Group wanted nano and micro influencers from Vietnam and Thailand to promote their new site and new range of cosmetic products online.

Even with the absence of the Partipost app in these markets, the team managed to help SGCE International Group source for relevant nano and micro influencers despite the language barriers, and the little knowledge on local influencers.?

New initiatives in 2021

In 2020, we introduced a tasks marketplace and updated our Campaign Manager for brands to better manage submissions. And in 2021, we look forward to scaling up in the new markets. We are also planning for brands to self-serve, and intend to create a recommendation system to help brands find the most relevant Partiposters for their campaigns.

On that note, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the brands we??ve worked with. Thank you for believing in us, and for making 2020 even more memorable. We are excited for what the year ahead brings, and we look forward to bringing more brands closer to their goals.

Don??t be a stranger; join us in creating an exciting 2021!
