Hola Partiposters! In case you haven’t heard, we’ve changed our payout timeline! Here’s what you need to know:
Extended payout duration
If you’ve been Partiposting for a long time now, you’d realize that the payout duration has increased. Previously, payment will be sent to Partiposters 7 days after the date of posting. However, it's now extended to 21 days (7 days tracking + 14 days processing).
Here’s why: The payout process is executed manually by our Finance team. For greater efficiency, payouts will now be processed within 10 to 15 days once the tracking period comes to an end. Of course, our goal in time to come is to expedite the payment processing. Till then, please be patient with us!
Visibility of payment breakdown for IG Story
To keep things interesting for Partiposters, our team works hard to come up with different types of campaign mechanics! Our latest addition, IG story campaigns are a crowd favorite. Unfortunately, the breakdown of payment for IG story campaigns will only be visible after the payout is processed.
Here’s why: As aforementioned, IG story campaigns are relatively new. Submission status for IG story campaigns are therefore updated manually on the back-end since the app wasn’t originally built to cater to IG story campaigns.
If you’re participating in an IG story campaign, please take note of the following:
- Ignore all notifications and emails requesting for submission of the post link; this only applies to IG posts.
- Some IG story campaigns require approval first while some don’t, so please read through the brief thoroughly to ensure that you’re doing the right thing!
- You’d have to submit the view count of your IG story in the link provided within the campaign brief so keep your eyes peeled! P.S. We can only process your payout ASAP with this!
Additional earnings will only be reflected after payout is processed
Say you’ve joined a campaign with an additional payout (e.g. optional IG story posting/ reimbursement/ link in bio), you’d realize that this amount is only reflected after the payout is processed.
Here’s why: The Partipost app wasn’t originally built for multi-component campaigns. Since the tracking process for IG stories and additional payouts have yet to be automated, each post and the relevant earnings are tracked by our team manually on the back-end. As such, it takes some time for the additional payout component to be reflected.
Nonetheless, upon submitting all your relevant information, rest assured that we have received your IG story views. Our team always does a final check before releasing your payout and ensures that everything is accounted for during the final calculation!
Some payouts will only be processed after the campaign ends
In most cases, payout is processed after 21 days of posting and since everyone’s posting date might be different, the day of payout varies for each individual. However, there may be instances where your payout is only processed after the campaign comes to an end (e.g. Nando’s and Nanowhite). If this happens, it will be stated in the campaign brief so you’ll have a heads up.
Here’s why: Sometimes, campaigns may come with a creative content component, or multiple components. Regardless, these require additional time for verification since it’s checked manually by our team. Therefore, the payout for these campaigns will only be processed when the campaign ends.
