According to The Cookie Rookie, all you need to tame the morning hanger is some Froot Loops cereal, strawberries, bananas, yogurt, milk, ice cubes and a blender. Switch up the ingredients to your liking, and play around with different proportions of each - there??s no right or wrong so get creative!

Simply blend all your ingredients together and pour your concoction into a glass cup. Top it off with a few more Froot Loops or decorate the rim of the cup with mashed cereal bits for added aesthetics.

DIY yogurt bowl

While working from home, it??s easy to reach for chocolate bars and bags of chips subconsciously. If you need a quick pick-me-up throughout the day, opt for something healthier like your very own yogurt or acai bowl. We recommend going with yogurt for a more cost-friendly option.

This simple meal consists of your favorite fruits, either acai or plain Greek yogurt, mixed nuts and your choice of Mueslix/ Granola or Special K cereal from Kellogg??s. Drizzle your favorite honey or sneak in a few pieces of dark chocolate to complete your meal.

Mini s??mores

Traditionally, s??mores are made with chocolate and marshmallows sandwiched between 2 pieces of graham crackers. But this is 2020; we??re all about innovation. All you need to achieve this quick snack is marshmallows, chocolate, and your handy box of Corn Flakes.

In my opinion, the easiest way to go about this recipe is to melt some marshmallows and a bar of chocolate separately. When the marshmallows start to get gooey, you can either (a) get some out in batches to dip into the chocolate or (b) mix your melted chocolate in with the marshmallows. Once that??s done, dip the chocolate coated marshmallow into a bowl of Corn Flakes, and let everything sit for a while before munching away.

Recreate these with Corn Flakes instead if s??mores aren??t the way to your heart!

Coco Pops treats

Coco Pops taste great on its own but take it up a notch with this mouth-watering treat. This is perfect for those with a sweet tooth, but want a slightly healthier alternative.

You??ll require the following items for this tasty snack:

  • Marshmallows (300g)
  • Coco Pops (350g)?
  • Butter (30ml)

First, melt the butter slowly on low heat and gradually add in your marshmallows. Stir the mixture as you go along until everything is completely melted. Thereafter, turn off the heat and mix in your Coco Pops. Once that??s done, line a rectangular Tupperware with wax paper and transfer the mixture over.
