How Partipost drove event awareness and high traffic to Big Bad Wolf Sale

Book lovers would know this by heart - Big Bad Wolf (BBW) often has their biggest sale almost every year, and last December 2022 was no different. The sale was held at Mines International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC) from 19 December to 2 January.

This year around, BBW decided to take a different approach to shoutout and bring awareness to the event and drive as much traffic as possible to the physical event. So they thought, what better way to do that than utilizing influencers from Nano and Micro tiers to generate authentic views and traffic through word-of-mouth?

Nano influencers - IG reshare

To create hype and conversation about the sale, BBW engaged with 100 Nano influencers to generate 100 likes and comments on their Instagram (IG) post and another 100 IG reshares which achieved 11,259 total views and engagement. 

To top it off, we have received an additional 35 submissions and 2 bonus IG Stories as Partiposters were incredibly interested to participate in this campaign!

Micro influencers - Event Attendance

For Micro influencers, they get to experience a little more of what BBW has to offer. 30 Micro Partiposters were tasked to attend the event and share about their experience by filming a reel and posting it on IG. The results got an amazing 78,861 views and 10,767 total engagements.

This Event Attendance Campaign had a good pick up rate as the registration was overwhelmed with 159 registrations in total. Aside from Micro Partiposters, there were 8 Macro Partiposters who have joined the Attend Event campaign. This eventually increased the campaign's reach, resulting in a healthy average view rate of 17.33%.

Overall, the entire BBW campaign for both Nano and Micro influencers was a success! The pre-event boost of awareness has led to an increase in foot traffic, maximizing sales. It was the combination of taking advantage of the year end period, utilizing authentic voices and running the campaign at full-blown scale and speed!
