FROSTY APPLE MOCKARITA

INGREDIENTS

�?� 500ml of POKKA Sparklin�?? Fuji Apple 

�?� Green apple slices 

�?� 2 teaspoons finely grated lime rind 

�?� 25ml lime juice

�?� 2 teaspoons finely grated lime rind

�?� Salt, to serve (to coat rims of glasses) 

�?� 3 cups of ice 

*Makes 3 - 4 servings

Recipe:

  1. Place POKKA�??s sparkling apple juice, lime juice, lime rind and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it�??s smooth 
  3. Pour some salt on a plate and dip your glasses in the salt to coat around the glass.
  4. Pour the mixture into the glasses and decorate it with green apple slices and lime zest 

HERBAL TEA JELLY WITH SOYA BEAN

INGREDIENTS

�?� 500ml of POKKA Herbal Tea

�?� 500ml of POKKA Soya Bean

�?� 1 teaspoon of agar-agar

Recipe:

  1. Pour a can of POKKA�??s Herbal tea into a pot
  2. Add a teaspoon of powdered agar-agar and bring it to a boil
  3. Pour the mixture into a container and leave it to set at room temperature
  4. Place the herbal jelly mixture in the fridge and let it cool
  5. Slice the herbal jelly into small cubes and place it in the glass
  6. Add Soya Bean to pair with the herbal jelly

CHRYSANTHEMUM OSMANTHUS JELLY

INGREDIENTS

�?� 500ml of POKKA Chrysanthemum Tea

�?� 250ml of water

�?� 2 tablespoons of wolfberries

�?� 1 tablespoon of dried Osmanthus flowers

�?� 2 teaspoons of agar-agar

Recipe:

  1. Pour the Pokka Chrysanthemum Tea and plain water using a 2:1 ratio in a pot
  2. Add the 2 tablespoons of wolfberries and 1 tablespoon of dried Osmanthus flowers to the mixture
  3. Add in 2 teaspoons of agar-agar and bring the mixture to boil
  4. Pour the mixture into a container or jelly moulds and let it set at room temperature
  5. Place in the fridge and serve chilled

GINGERBREAD MOCHA MOCKSLIDE

Mocha lovers, listen up! POKKA has something special for you - Gingerbread Mocha Mockslide. Sounds yummy? 

INGREDIENTS

�?� 500ml of POKKA�??s Premium Mocha 

�?� 3 gingerbread cookies 

�?� Chocolate syrup 

�?� Whipped cream  

�?� 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 

�?� 2 tablespoons brown sugar 

�?� 3 cups of ice 

*Makes 3 - 4 servings

Recipe:

  1. Coat the rims of the glasses with chocolate syrup 
  2. Crush your Gingerbread cookies into little crumbs and dip the chocolate syrup covered glasses into the crumbs. 
  3. Chill the glasses in the fridge while you proceed to make the mocha drink
  4. Blend POKKA�??s premium Mocha drink with ice and pour it into the chilled glasses
  5. Decorate your drink with whipped cream, Cocoa powder and the leftover cookie crumbs.

�?� 1/2 cup strawberries 

�?� 3 lemon peels 

�?� 1/2 cup raspberries 

�?� 250ml of soda water 

�?� Honey 

�?� Ice, as needed 

*Makes 3-4 servings 

Recipe:

  1. Mash the raspberries well and mix it with the POKKA Mixed Berries & Carrot Juice Drink 
  2. Strain the mixture and ensure you remove any seeds or pulp
  3. Add soda water to the mixture and mix well
  4. Fill the glasses with ice and pour the berry juice in
  5. Rub the lemon peels around the rim of the glass and garnish it with the drink
  6. Add berries, honey and other fruits of your choice to elevate the drink
