COVID-19 Vaccine Insurance
In case you missed it, all Singaporeans aged 12 and above can register for the COVID-19 vaccine.
Indeed, it’s important that everyone gets the vaccine. New strains may have appeared, but as MOH states, current evidence suggests that the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna’s vaccines continue to offer good protection against the various COVID-19 variants. After all, some form of protection is better than none.

Rain Insurance
Don’t you hate it when you’re running late but can’t afford to book a cab due to the insane surge pricing?
If you are a frequent user of ride-hailing services, you’re in luck. Droplet by NTUC Income protects you from price surges of Grab, Ryde, and Gojek rides when it rains.
They predict the weather for up to 15 days in advance and determine the premium. There are currently 3 coverage periods offered: 1 to 6 days, 7 to 14 days, and 15 to 30 days. Prices vary but at the time of writing, it ranges from $1.10 to $2.60.
How it works: If it rains during the period you’re insured, proceed with booking your ride and foward your e-receipt to Droplet. After your claim has been verified, you will receive up to 60% of your Grab, Ryde, or Gojek fare via PayNow. Multiple receipts can be submitted within a day, but you can only claim up to $50 each day.
