Partipost is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us grow and build the Partipost team across the region: Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.

As our recruiter, you will be tasked with leading staffing, employer branding & talent development needs across SEA. Does disrupting the ad-tech industry sound right up your alley?

● Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategies

● Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels

● Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicable

● Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines

● Support with ad-hoc employer branding activity such as event collateral, internal comms etc

● Support hiring across Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hongkong, Thailand & Vietnam

● Assisting new hires with onboarding

● Relevant recruitment/ staffing experience

● Senior Recruiter (2+ years experience)

● Experience using different sourcing/ recruiting channels across the countries

● Strong sourcing background

● Experience in both technical & non technical hiring

● Proficient in Google Suite

● Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
