We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator at Partipost Malaysia, you will be responsible for assisting the supervisor(s) with administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Undertake daily administrative tasks for the supervisor(s)
- Organizing and assisting with online correspondence
- Writing and editing proposals for supervisor(s)
- Assisting with and organizing weekly statistics
- Ad-hoc duties
- Managing office matters
- Proficient in Google sheets, slides, documents and others are an advantage
- Copywriting and Creative ideation skills will be an advantage
Job Requirements
- Experience with assistant or administrative tasks
- Detail oriented and good attitude towards learning something new
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Must be social-media savvy
- Must be a good communicator, and proficient in English, written and verbal
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
