Partipost is looking for energetic and determined Business Development Manager to lead and develop a sales strategy for driving business leads and user growth.
You will play a critical role in formulate strategies to acquire and engage clients, agencies and partners.
As a Business Development Manager, you are required to have experience in PR, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in formulation & implementation of client and user acquisition strategies.
- Plan strategically to assure project success.
- Identify opportunities and develop relationships with clients and partners in order to grow business and aid expansion.
- Maintain and uplift existing business relationships. Provide additional value to the current ones while attracting new ones.
- Develop quotes, proposal and business idea for clients.
- Host and attend seminars, webinars and physical marketing events to create the company awareness and promote Partipost products and service offerings.
Job Requirements
- More than 4 years of industry-related business development experience.
- Hungry to make a difference.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset that is willing to build things from the ground up.
- Passionate about Influencer Marketing and Marketing Tech. Keep up to date with the industry, latest trends and platforms.
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills and able to establish good relationships with various stakeholders.
- Sales-driven mindset: you strive to see everything through the lens of our business teams supporting them by driving marketing qualified leads.
- Experience in marketing agencies/sales/partnership/consultancy will be a definite advantage.
- Proactive and able to execute projects independently with little supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Business trip to Taiwan and Southeast Asia is required.
- Trilingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) is highly preferred.
